Frequently Asked Questions

  • What does the trip planning process look like?
    Schedule a free 15 min consultation. We will discuss your travel preferences and determine if we believe we can assist with your trip planning. If you would like to proceed with the proposal, pay the appropriate planning fee. Review your proposal so we can make changes to get your trip just the way you want it. Once you have approved your proposal, we will email you a secure invoice to make the payment necessary to secure your travel plans. You can access your invoice at any time to make a payment towards your trip until the final due date.
  • Can I make reservations for multiple travelers?
    Absolutely! We can even split invoices to accommodate multiple payers on a reservation if needed.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    All major credit cards are accepted. We also accept PayPal for planning fees only, all travel arrangements are paid via credit card only.
  • Are there any booking fees?
    In order to ensure we are prioritizing clients who are ready to travel and need assistance, we have a trip planning fee. If you book your vacation within 30 days of the proposal, we will credit the cost of your proposal to your final payment*. Planning fees are non-refundable. *on all non-wedding planning fees
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We work with a variety of vendors who each have their own cancellation policy. Please refer to your invoice for the specific policies that apply to your booking. We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your investment.
  • What destinations do you offer?
    We offer most destinations, just ask!
  • Do you offer customizable travel packages?
    All of our packages are customizable!
  • Can I book flights, hotels, and activities separately?
    Absolutely! We have a lot of clients that prefer to book their airfare with miles or points. We can arrange as little or as much of your vacation as you prefer
  • Can I choose my seat in advance?
    Please provide us with your seat preferences and we will accommodate them when possible. If seat selection is available for your booking, your seats will be chosen in advance.
  • Can I request special accommodations (e.g., wheelchair-accessible rooms)?
    Absolutely! Please tell us all of your accessibility needs so that we can be sure to plan accordingly.
  • How can I contact customer support in case of emergencies while on vacation?
    We are standing by to assist as you travel. Please email us at flyescapes8@gmail.com and put “in destination support” in your subject line.
  • How do I request special arrangements for celebrations (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries)?
    We are happy to do the planning for you! Please tell us what you would like to arrange and we will assist you with making those plans.
  • Can you arrange tours or activities for specific interests?
    We can! Let us know on your consultation call everything you’d like to see and do and we will get it worked into your trip planning.
  • How can I cancel my booking?
